Rachael Armenti

Rachael Armenti is a Harvard-trained lifestyle medicine specialist and nutrition coach who works exclusively with women over 50 who want to feel stronger, more energized, and more at ease in their everyday lives. Her practice is built on the six pillars of lifestyle medicine: nutrition, movement, sleep, stress, connection, and healthy habits, applied with deep respect for the realities of midlife.

She's been there herself. After navigating her own midlife health shifts, Rachael stopped pushing harder and started working smarter, building simple, evidence-based habits that support a changing body with realism and care. That experience is what shaped the Vitality Reset.

Her work is especially suited to women experiencing the compounding effects of midlife— hormonal shifts, disrupted sleep, low energy, and the sense that their old health habits simply aren't working anymore.
